Direct Outreach
We send you three text messages. Reply to any of them and the pulse resets, nothing else happens.
The Vanguard Escalation
If you remain unreachable, the system shifts to your primary contact. Your Vanguard receives a text.
The Tribe Chain
If your Vanguard is unavailable, the process repeats seamlessly with your Anchor, and finally, your Kinsperson.
The Persistent Loop
If the entire chain remains silent, the Vanguard Plus system continues. The entire process re-triggers within thirty minutes to ensure no one slips through the cracks.
Tiered protection
Life is unpredictable, and sometimes one point of contact isn't enough. Vanguard Plus establishes a sophisticated, three-tiered escalation protocol involving your Vanguard (primary), your Anchor (secondary), and your Kinsperson.
You designate one to three accountability buddies. Each buddy confirms by SMS that they want to receive alerts on your behalf, and any buddy can step back at any time by replying STOP.
You choose who is in your network, you set the schedule, and you stay in control.
Human-centered by design
UGOOD is not an emergency service and does not contact law enforcement or emergency responders on your behalf. It is a human-centered social safety net built entirely around the relationships you already trust.
Check-ins arrive by SMS at the day and time you select. Reply STOP to any UGOOD message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Your buddies can do the same at any time.
